UNMASKING AN UNGRATEFUL RECIPIENT OF POLITICAL FAVOR @SEN. SUNDAY STEVE KARIMI, SENATOR KOGI WEST SENATORIAL DISTRICT

We will begin this expedient piece  to respond to a write up on the just concluded TINUBU/ODODO ENDORSEMENT rally held at the Muhammadu Buhari Civic Centre in Lokoja - the State Capital, attributed to the person of Sen. Sunday Steve Karimi, Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District at the Red Chamber. 

As we are waiting for DSSK to refute the post where he claims and we quote him "Kogi people need no bullying before voting for Tinubu".

This is necessary because we were living witnesses, when the people he was purported to have labelled as political non grata, are the same who handed him the Senate ticket on a platter of Gold.

It is on record that on the Eve of the primary that produced DSSK, FGYB (whom he wrote the article against) had to almost go on his knees, pleading with delegate and political leaders from Kogi West to allow Yagba Federal Constituency, produce the next Senator and made SURE he was backed with all the NEEDED logistical supports you can imagine to emerge victorious at both the primary and general election.

For him to now turn round and throw VERBAL specks at his benefactor smells of mischief and a deliberate attempt at dragging all the good people of Yagba Federal Constituency into the bad book of the people who ensured we got the Senate ticket after been in the dark for years as the other two Federal Constituencies - Kabba Bunu Ijumu and Lokoja Koto were busy rotating the Senate seat among themselves.

If this reaction of his, which we are yet to believe, emanates from him (as we are still expecting a disclaimer) from him or his Media handlers, happens to be TRUE, then it is a calculated attempt to put a sledgehammer in the wheel of POLITICAL progress we are making in Kogi West by supporting the Central Senatorial district to complete two terms and pave way for the emergence of a Kogi West person as the next Governor of the Confluence State. Some political pessimists will call Us unprintable names but this remain the holistic TRUTH and nothing but the whole Truth.

It sounds funny and unimaginable that DSSK can be bold enough to address FGYB, who ensured he got the Golden opportunity to become a Senator "a charade playing political Leader". Such comment goes a long way to show how quick people, can forget THEIR benefactors in the race of Life.

On a final note, we are making it crystal clear that his uncalled for WAILINGS, which we see as the wailing of a drowning politician,  is not the position of the good people of Kogi West Senatorial District as we were fully represented at the historic event.

SECURITY: OLAMABORO LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN ENGAGES OFANTE OGUGU COMMUNITY, PLACES BAN ON RECEIVING NEW FULANIS

In a bold and proactive move to address rising insecurity and the influx of Fulani into Ofante Ogugu community, Executive Chairman of Olamaboro Local Government, Hon. Ameh Williams, on June 20th, visited the community and Declared Zero Tolerance for insecurity and Criminal Activities in the area. The high-powered security and community engagement meeting attracted personalities including traditional rulers, women and youth leaders, security operatives, the Fulani and Hausa leadership in Ofante, political office holders, and other relevant stakeholders from Ofante, Adupi, Emodu, and surrounding communities. 2024/2025 WAEC Data Capturing Commences In Kogi Public Secondary Schools Jan. 13

By Stephen Adeleye  Lokoja, Jan. 10, 2025 The Kogi State Ministry of Education, has announced the date for the commencement of Data Capturing for 2024/2025  West African Examination Council (WAEC) in Public Secondary Schools across the state.   The announcement was made in a statement signed by Mrs Iyabo Moraiyewa, the WAEC Desk Officer, Kogi State Ministry of Education on Friday in Lokoja.  According to the statement, the 2024/2025 WAEC data capturing would commence on Monday, January 13, 2025. Moraiyewa solicited for the total support and cooperation of the relevant stakeholders for a seamless exercise.
