Immediate past Provost of FCE Okene charged his successor, Doctor Ibrahim Ismaila to onsolidate on past achievements

The newly appointed Provost of Federal College of Education (FCE), Okene Doctor Ibrahim Ismaila Mosimabale has been charged to continue to consolidate on past achievements.

The immediate past Provost of the College, Doctor Umar Hassan  MNAE gave the charge while handing over the leadership of the College to the new Provost in a speech virtually conducted through zoom.

Doctor Hassan who expressed gratitude to God for the opportunity given him to serve successfully for eight years, also appreciated the staff for their support through out the period.

He further highlighted the successes recorded and charged the new Provost to improve on them and as well surpass in all ramifications.

Responding the new Provost, Doctor Ibrahim Ismaila Mosimabale expressed appreciation to God for the opportunity to serve and pledged to justify the confidence reposed in him.

He maintained that he will operate an open door policy, community engagement in decision making and  introduction of new programmes and policies, in the institution.

The Provost also assured of his administration's desire to ensure that the much awaited dual mode commences in earnest emphasizing that all that was required for its take off would be adequately provided.

Doctor Mosimabale further called on the College Community to always support his administration which he described as their pride.

The handing over was attended by members of the College management and some invited staff.
